I fully edited and operated a camera in the production of the cinematic game recap for the 110th Grey Cup. The video tells the story of the CFL’s dramatic championship game through an exclusive vantage point and captures the emotion-filled culmination of the 2023 CFL season.

I produced, filmed, and edited this mic’d up video providing a behind-the-scenes look at the CFL Combine. This video featured Tanya Henderson, an assistant coach with the BC Lions, directing players through combine drills, showcasing the young and exciting talent entering the league both in the playing and coaching ranks. Executing this video in a compelling manner required a creative visual eye while simultaneously displaying technical proficiency to cleanly capture compelling audio that can lead the narrative.

I fully edited and partially filmed this emotional feature interview with star running back William Stanback. The video is intended to highlight Stanback’s dominant 2021 season while simultaneously sharing his personal struggles during that same period.

I edited this social video previewing the 109th Grey Cup game. The video serves as a pregame content piece to create excitement among fans and refresh the rivalry between the two teams competing. Myself and one of my colleagues at the CFL started by filming all of the included power pose content with both teams. I then repurposed old commentary from the 1950’s to fit the current narrative and aligned this with modern footage from the 2022 CFL season to create a uniquely compelling piece.

I edited this video as a promotional piece for the CFL All-Star campaign in 2023. The video highlights a top play from Chad Kelly, one of the star quarterbacks in the league, in a creative way that stands out from a viewer’s social feed to encourage them to vote their favourite CFL players in as all-stars.
